All Projects is where you land when you click View all in the sidebar, and it's the jumping-off point for opening any specific project. Search, filter, and pin from here to keep the projects you care about most within easy reach.
Navigating the directory
Toggle between My projects (only projects you're a member of) and All projects (every project in the workspace you have access to). Use the Search box to find one by name, or select Add new to create a fresh project.
What each column tells you
- Name — the project's title. Click the row to open the Project overview.
- Members — the team assigned to the project.
- Stage — where the project sits overall. Trellis maps this to one of three states (Not started, In progress, or Complete) based on the project's progress. This is separate from the workflow statuses on individual tasks, which you set up per-project.
- Labels — workspace labels applied to the project for at-a-glance status (e.g. On Hold, Client task, Needs customers).
- Project profitability — a snapshot of each project's financial performance, based on estimated hours × rate cards against time logged. Only visible to Owners, Admins, and Editors.
- Total tasks — how many tasks are in the project across all statuses.
- Deadline — the project's anticipated completion date.
Select the pin icon on any project to keep it at the top of this page and in your sidebar for quick access.

* Project membership required. Members, Contributors, and Viewers can only open a project they've been added to, and every starred write needs membership from every role — Owners and Admins included. Trellis offers to add you when you hit one.
All Projects is available to everyone in the workspace, but what you see is scoped to your access. Viewers can browse and pin but can't create new projects.
