Files are added from across the project — in task descriptions and comments — and appear here automatically. There's no upload button on this page, and that's by design: Files pulls together everything shared while working elsewhere, so it's a place to find things rather than another surface to update.

* Members, Contributors, and Viewers can only access a project if they've been added as a project member. Files is Enterprise-only.
Files is a passive aggregator, not an upload surface, so there are no role-restricted actions on the page itself. Anyone with access to the project can browse, search, preview, and download whatever's been uploaded through task descriptions, comments, or roadmap items elsewhere. To remove a file, delete it from wherever it was originally uploaded — Files will update automatically.
