Pin the projects you're actively working on or watching closely, so they sit at the top of your dashboard with a performance snapshot — tasks completed, upcoming deadlines, team members and a quick copy-link. If nothing's pinned yet, the widget falls back to your most recently updated projects so the space is never empty.
How to pin a project
There are two ways to pin (or unpin) a project:
From the All Projects list
Find the project and click the pin icon next to it. The icon fills in to confirm; click it again to unpin.
From inside a project
Open the project, go to Settings → Pin this project, and toggle it on. Toggle it off to unpin.
Select See More at the bottom to view your full project list beyond your pinned items.
Note
Who can do what
| Action | Owner | Admin | Editor | Member | Contributor | Viewer |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| See the Pinned projects widget on the Dashboard | ||||||
| Copy a project link from the widget | ||||||

The Pinned projects widget is available to everyone in the workspace. Pinning itself happens on the All Projects page or inside a project's Settings page — see those docs for the role gating on the pin action itself. What you pin only affects your own dashboard.
