A weekly breakdown of where your team's time is actually being spent by project. Defaults to the current week; switch to monthly or yearly to spot which projects are quietly eating capacity over longer horizons. Filter by member to see how an individual on your team is spending their time.
Note
Each bar represents one project, sized by its share of the total logged hours for the selected period. The larger the bar, the more of your team's time that project absorbed.
What you can do here
Tip
If time logged on a project looks unexpectedly high, head to the Projects section to open the project and review individual tickets to understand where hours are being spent. Conversely, if a live project barely shows up here, that's usually a sign time isn't getting logged against it — or worse, nothing is being done when it should be. In either case, well worth chasing your project manager to find out more before reports or invoices are created on incomplete data.

Logged time across projects is limited to Owners and Admins, since it exposes workspace-wide time-logging data across every project and team member. Editors, Members, Contributors, and Viewers don't see this widget on the Dashboard. On the Enterprise plan the widget sits in the top row alongside Timesheet reporting; on the Free plan it appears further down the Dashboard but is still Owner/Admin only.
