If you regularly quote for similar projects, packages save you time by bundling your most common line items, time estimates, and rate cards into a template you can reuse across quotes.

Creating a package
Select New package, give it a name (e.g. Short report design), then add the rate cards and tasks you want bundled. Once saved, the package is available to import into any new quote — so the next time you're pricing similar work, you can pull in the whole set of line items in one step instead of creating it from scratch.
Tip
Managing existing packages
Click any package to open it and edit its name, rate cards, or tasks. Inside the editor, drag task rows to reorder them or use Add task to extend the package. Your changes save when you select Save changes.
Use the three-dot menu on any package to:
- Duplicate — a quick way to spin up a variant without rebuilding from scratch
- Delete — if the package is no longer relevant
You can also save a package straight from a quote — if you're building out line items you know you'll want again, promote them into a package as you go instead of coming back here to rebuild.

* Importing a package into a quote writes to that project, so it needs project membership from every role — Owners and Admins included.
Access to Packages is restricted to Owners, Admins, and Editors. Members, Contributors, and Viewers can't view the Packages page or import packages into quotes, but any quotes built using a package still surface everywhere they normally would once shared.
