Connected apps

Connect your personal accounts to Trellis to receive notifications, sync data, and keep your workflow in one place — without bouncing between tools.

Your apps

Your apps lists every integration you can connect to your personal Trellis account. Select Connect next to any app to sign in and link it. To disconnect later, use Disconnect on the same row.

Some apps need to be enabled by a workspace admin before you can connect personally. If you see Not enabled yet next to an app, ask your admin to enable it from Settings → Workspace → Integrations.

App settings

Once an app is connected, you may see extra settings appear underneath it. These let you control how Trellis interacts with that specific app.

For example, when Google Calendar is connected, you can toggle Publish leaves to my calendar to automatically create an out-of-office event on your primary calendar whenever a leave request is approved.

Authorized apps

If your workspace uses Trellis AI agents, you'll also see an Authorized apps section listing third-party tools (such as Claude Code or Codex) that you've granted access to your workspace via OAuth. Each entry shows when it was authorized, when it was last used, and what permissions it holds.

Select Revoke next to any app to cut its access immediately. Once revoked, the app has to be re-authorized before it can connect again.

Who can do what

Connected apps apply to your Trellis account, not a specific workspace, so every role has the same access to their own connections. Which apps are available to connect depends on what your workspace admin has enabled at Settings → Workspace → Integrations.
