Growing your team? The Members tab lets you see everyone currently in your workspace and manage access as your team changes.
As your team grows and changes you can invite members to join the workspace via email.
Use the search bar to look someone up by name or email, or filter the list by Role or Label to pull up cohorts (every Editor, every "Design"-tagged member, and so on).
Clicking any member's row opens their profile, where you can update their role, rate card, contract duration, salary, and personal details.
What you can manage per member
- Workspace role — set whether a member is an Owner, Admin, Editor, Member, Contributor, or Viewer, controlling what they can see and do across the workspace
- Labels — tag members with reusable labels (department, discipline, contract type, seniority) so you can filter the members list and spot cohorts at a glance. Labels are shared with the rest of the workspace and managed from Settings → Labels
- Rate cards — assign or update each member's rate card. This ensures your quotes are consistent and margin tracking is accurate across projects
- Contract duration — record a member's contract start and end dates. These feed into pro-rata leave calculations in your leaves and absences
- Salaries — enter and maintain member salary information. This supports profitability reporting across your projects
- Member details — keep profiles up to date so workspace data stays accurate and reliable. Important for workplace compliance and maintaining reliable records. Admins should regularly remind users to keep their information accurate, particularly where detailed records may be needed for reporting and legal compliance
Warning
Note
A member's profile also shows the personal details they've filled in themselves: phone, date of birth, address, city, zip code, and country. Empty fields carry a Missing information indicator so admins know where the gaps are before the workspace needs the data.
Need more info from an existing member?
Open the three-dot menu next to a member and select Request additional details to send them one or more of your active onboarding forms to fill out. Useful when a profile is missing fields like emergency contact, address, or banking info.
Once they respond, their submission appears on their profile: Pending details for any request still waiting on them, and Other details for completed submissions — expand any completed form to see the fields they filled in and download any files they attached.

Access to Members is restricted to Owners and Admins. Two Owner-only nuances: only the current Owner can assign someone else the Owner role (via Transfer ownership in Settings → Workspace → General), and Admins can't edit the Owner's own role or salary. Everyone else in the workspace shows up in the member list but can't view or edit any of these details.
