A 30-day window to change your mind about deleting your account
Deleting your account no longer wipes it on the spot. It locks immediately and is held for at least 30 days, so an account deleted in haste — or by the wrong person — can be brought back.
Your account is locked the moment you delete it, so nobody can keep using it, but nothing is erased yet.
Sign in during the window and the login page offers Restore account, along with the date the deletion is due to go through.
A workspace you own is scheduled alongside your account and comes back with it. Transfer ownership first if you want the workspace to outlive your account.
Trellis emails you when the deletion is scheduled, again three days before the window closes, and once it is done.
Go by the date shown rather than counting 30 days: the deletion is held back if we cannot reach you by email or cannot tidy up a connected calendar, and you can restore throughout any extension.
The labels you tag work with are now something you can filter by, so a label like "Animation" becomes a view of that work rather than just a marker on it.
A Labels tab sits alongside the assignee, priority and type filters in the filter panel on all three pages.
The search runs against every label in the workspace, not only the ones already on screen, so a long label list stays searchable.
Scrolling loads more, so workspaces with more than 100 labels can reach all of them.
Anyone who can open the page can filter by label, Viewers included — access to the Labels settings page is not required.
On a long project, finding the weeks a person is actually booked meant scrolling and hoping. Now their row tells you which way to go and takes you there.
Hover a team row and a chevron appears on whichever side that member has work beyond the current view.
Each click moves to their next block of allocation in that direction, one at a time, rather than skipping to the far end.
When there is nothing further that way the chevron disappears, so an arrow on screen always leads somewhere.
Trellis highlights the bar it lands on, so it is obvious what you were taken to.
A large timeline now offers you a PDF instead of failing
A timeline too big to render as an image used to take up to two minutes to fail, with nothing to act on. Trellis now checks the size first and offers the format that will work.
Choosing Export as image on an oversized timeline opens a prompt offering the PDF, which you can run from there.
PDF has no such ceiling, so it stays the reliable choice for a whole-project plan or a long date range.
Narrowing the range or hiding weekends brings a timeline back under the image limit if you specifically need a PNG.
A range wider than 730 days is refused in either format, and now says so instead of reporting a generic failure.
Exporting a timeline shared by a public link now works for both PNG and PDF. It used to fail without saying why.
Signing in had stopped offering Email verification as a way to receive your code, and choosing Email code as your default in Security settings failed outright. Both work again, and anyone who had email set as their method keeps it.
Email verification is back on the Choose a verification method screen when you sign in.
Setting Email code as your default sign-in method in Settings → Security now saves instead of failing.
If email was your method before it disappeared, it has been restored — there is nothing to set up again.
Accounts created through Sign up with Google or Microsoft can use email codes too.
Assigning a rate card no longer prices existing work at zero
Giving someone a rate card, or moving them onto a different one, re-prices the work they are already assigned to. That recalculation could leave a task at £0 or fall back to an out-of-date rate. It now applies the rate you intended.
Assigning a rate card to a member who had none prices their existing planned hours at the new rate rather than £0.
Changing someone's rate card while a task is under way applies the intended rate instead of reverting to an older one.
A rate override made in one project no longer affects work in another.
